Rosalyn was born into middle class.
Her parents both working in order to make ends meet.
It was quickly apparent that she sticks to her studies.
Doing just that, Rosalyn was marked as a genius by the age of ten.
The word was let out and soon her parents had multiple visitors.
One in particular stuck out to her parents, the military. They wanted Rosalyn to help them on a special project and offered her parents an obscene amount of money, which of course, they accepted. They needed it to feed their addiction.
When that "special project" was over and she wasn't needed as their toy, she got shipped to R&D then to the experimental ward. Serum after serum would be injected, she would end up being the perfect solider. She was sixteen at the time when those were done. When she was eighteen, they started removing the abilities with new serums. They messed up in not delivering a full dose, so she is left with cat-like reflexes.
Through DNA splicing, hers was messed around two years later. Due to the extremely stressful environment, she ended up breaking down and developing a power. Emphatic precognition is what she gained. Every new stress or emotion that she faces, triggers her to see into the future for at least a minute.
A few days after her twenty-sixth birthday, she managed to escape the military compound and head to civilization. The last serum given, wasn't compatible with her no more. It tweaked with her DNA some more and now, she has the ability to make and control smoke (typhogensis). She has tried it out a few times and can manage to go about a full minute before she can't produce anymore. She can also control any smoke as long as she is within a twenty foot radius.
She has been on the run for the last six months with no signs of the military after her... yet.
